Popular nightlife entrepreneur and socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has openly declared his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
The endorsement came during a courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa in Abuja, where Cubana Chief Priest was accompanied by Afrobeat star Davido and music executive Ubi Franklin. A video posted on Franklin’s Instagram page on Sunday captured the trio warmly greeting President Tinubu.
During the exchange, Davido introduced Cubana Chief Priest and Franklin as members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Ubi Franklin, who played a role in Tinubu’s 2023 presidential campaign, recounted his participation, stating that he traveled to 15 states to support the President’s bid.
President Tinubu acknowledged the support, saying, “Very good. We succeeded and made it to the presidency.”
Cubana Chief Priest then voiced strong confidence in Tinubu’s political future, boldly declaring, “We will succeed again in 2027.”
As of the time of reporting, the purpose of the visit remains undisclosed.
