Ayo Labinjoh, the woman who claims Nigerian music superstar Davido is the biological father of her teenage daughter, Anu Adeleke, has once again taken to social media to call out the singer, making fresh allegations and reigniting the long-running paternity controversy.
In a lengthy and emotional post, Ayo dismissed claims that she is trying to force Davido into accepting her daughter simply because of his wealth. According to her, Davido was not rich when they met in February 2013 at the afterparty of the Dami Duro concert in Ibadan.
“Davido was not super rich when I met him. I only knew him as an upcoming, fast-rising singer and the son of a businessman,” she wrote.
She also questioned the authenticity of the DNA tests Davido’s camp allegedly relied on, insisting that the first DNA test carried out in September 2014 was “fake.” Ayo accused media personality Daddy Freeze of helping to “launder Davido’s image” instead of pushing for an independent DNA test.
Ayo further expressed disappointment that veteran journalist Dele Momodu, who she noted has close ties with the Adeleke family, chose not to intervene, especially considering that another of Davido’s children, Imade, also went through a DNA-related dispute in the past.
According to Ayo, her daughter Anu was bullied, insulted, and threatened after speaking up, despite being promised that copies of the alleged five DNA tests would be released publicly.
In one of the most striking parts of her post, Ayo claimed that Davido contacted her on November 9, 2025, via a video call initiated from a phone line bearing the name “Adeleke” on Truecaller — the same day his 5Alive concert reportedly held in Ibadan.
She questioned the motive behind the call, asking whether it was for a DNA test or because Davido had come across Anu’s Instagram page.
“You and I are the only ones who know who I slept with in February 2013,” she stated, while also alleging that Davido sent her money during Anu’s naming ceremony in November 2013.
Ayo did not hold back in her closing remarks, bluntly telling the singer:
“You are a boy, not a man. You are a dad, not a father.”
She went on to list what she described as the dates of five DNA tests involving Davido’s children over the years, while maintaining that her strength and faith remain in God.
As expected, the post has sparked mixed reactions online, with social media users divided over the claims. Davido, however, is yet to respond publicly to the latest allegations.
