Big Brother Naija season 10 is here and this time, it’s coming bigger than ever. MultiChoice Nigeria has confirmed that Season 10 of the popular reality show will premiere on Saturday, July 26, 2025, with a two-day launch event that will also run through Sunday, July 27.
This season’s winner will walk away with a ₦150 million grand prize, the biggest in the show’s history since it first aired in 2006.
The announcement was made during a media briefing held on Wednesday, where the organisers promised an unforgettable season filled with drama, strategy, and non-stop entertainment.
Ebuka Returns as Host for Big Brother Naija Season 10
As expected, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will return as host, keeping audiences engaged throughout the 10-week run. The show will officially end on October 5, 2025, with a live finale.
According to MultiChoice, Season 10 will go beyond just entertainment. “This season is more than just a milestone. It’s a celebration of legacy,” said Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of General Entertainment.
The official theme for the season will be unveiled during the premiere weekend.
How Housemates Were Selected for Big Brother Naija Season 10
Auditions began online between May 3 and 7, and were followed by physical screenings in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu from May 16 to 18. Organisers say the selection process focused on finding real, relatable, and entertaining individuals — people who reflect the energy and diversity of young Nigerians today.
