Tragedy has hit again as a young interior designer, Deborah Moses, popularly known as Deb’rah Porsche, was allegedly st*bbed to de*th by her ex-boyfriend in Lagos.
The sad incident happened on Wednesday night, September 3, 2025. According to reports, the suspect, identified as Lintex from Otukpo, Benue State, disguised himself as a dispatch rider before entering the estate. He was said to have first attempted to tamper with her gas pipe in order to cause an explosion, but when that failed, he forced his way into her apartment and st*bbed her multiple times.
Neighbors managed to overpower him before handing him over to the police.
She Broke Up With Him Over a Year Ago
Family members revealed that Deborah had ended the relationship more than a year ago, but the ex-boyfriend refused to move on. He allegedly kept stalking her and even threatened her several times saying, “If I don’t have you, nobody will.”
Sadly, his threats turned into reality.
Reactions From Friends and Family
The heartbreaking news has thrown her friends and loved ones into mourning, with many taking to Facebook to express their shock.
One of her close friends, Vera Msendo Gabriel, wrote:
“Deb’rah Porsche, death do u this one my dear may ur k!ller know no peace. U were such a hardworking lady with great plans for ur future. Kai, ground don swallow this one.”
Another, Ogbole Faith Ene, recalled their friendship:
“Kai, Okwori Deborah, we didn’t get to meet again as agreed till you pass on . Childhood was really fun with you. My dear friend RIP.”
Activist Ek-Ojong Charles also reacted bitterly:
“This is wickedness! She broke up with you two years ago and you still went back to k!ll her? What is wrong with some men? RIP Deborah. Justice must be served.”
Deborah was only 26, a hardworking and ambitious lady who many described as “focused with great plans for the future.” Sadly, her dreams and bright future have been cut short by this cruel act.
Now, friends, family, and Nigerians at large are demanding one thing — justice for Deborah Porsche.
